Durable flexible dies for precise cutting across self-adhesive materials and films, suitable for digital, rotary, and flatbed systems. Available in 0.3–1.5 mm heights and 30°–110° angles.

3L LASER LONG LIFE
Combining all the benefits of the AI Universal flexible die with added durability from our laser-hardening process, this option is ideal for abrasive materials such as thermal paper and opaque, white, or fluorescent inks, delivering a hardness of 58–62 HRC.

Combining all the features of your chosen flexible die with a non-stick coating to reduce adhesive build-up, this option is ideal for multi-layer materials, hotmelt, and other rubber-based adhesives, and is also available for solid cylinders.

Enhanced with our Chrome 24 coating, this version builds on the strengths of the AI Universal and is ideal for long production runs. It performs exceptionally well on multi-layer constructions, abrasive thermal materials, and thermal transfer SK, delivering a hardness of 70 HRC.

Built from core-hardened tool steel for long-lasting, precise cutting, these anvil cylinders match the dimensional standards of magnetic cylinders and rotary tools, with optional hardened gears. Each unit is CNC-ground for excellent concentricity.

GAPMASTER EM/ EM Retrofit/ EM IC Retrofit
The GapMaster EM fits all existing units, with retrofit options that replace the manual handle for precise electronic gap control. Onboard motors adjust the gap from 0.25–10 µm, while the HMI dial provides haptic feedback for quick, accurate fine-tuning during operation.
