We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our packaging division, focusing on high-value film, lidding, and BIB (Bag-in-Box) technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across flexible packaging, lidding, and coffee/juice packaging markets
- Build long-term partnerships with converters, co-packers, and brand owners
- Work closely with Product Managers and the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies
- Stay across trends in sustainable packaging and customer requirements (APCO compliance, recyclability, etc.)
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
What You Bring
- Proven sales/business development experience in packaging or related industrial sectors
- Familiarity with film structures, coffee packaging, or BIB systems highly regarded
- Commercially savvy with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage pipeline in HubSpot CRM and provide regular sales forecasting
